i’m in bed before midnight and today was the busiest day this week! time to celebrate…

monday check-in

i don’t usually do this but…

obsessing over: dinner. i’m SO hungry. i want everything!

working on: not being such a bum. my life seems to be falling into place so no more slacking off on things like tumblr and concocting new recipes.

thinking about: all the cute pictures of jimi i took at the beach saturday. and cake. i made a killer chocolate cake for my mother’s birthday last thursday.

anticipating: my trip to montreal next month. i’ll be leaving the little one at home for the first time EVER. in the [almost] 2 years since he was born we’ve never been apart more than 10-12 hours. i’m nervous/scared/excited. but i’m sure he and D will do just fine without me… i hope.

listening to: D play outside with our son.

drinking: water. had an espresso with a caramel latte creamer and whipped cream on top before that… SO much better than from the coffee shop.

wishing: days like today were more than 24 hours.
